What we collect

Your Google account’s email address and name when you sign in.

Your requests: the prompts, parameters and files you send, and the results. We keep request records with your account so you can see your history and we can answer billing questions.

Payment records from Stripe: amount, date and status. We never see your full card number.

Technical logs: IP address, time and the API key used, to prevent abuse and fix problems.

How long we keep it

Result files: 30 days. Files we fetch from URLs you send: 3 days.

Request records and payment records: while your account is open, and as long as tax and accounting law requires after that.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site and API and stores result files. Neon stores account and request records. Stripe takes payments. Resend sends account emails. Google handles sign-in.

Your requests are sent to the third-party model providers that run the model you call. They process the request under their own terms.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your requests to train models.

Your choices

Write to support@keelrouter.com to get a copy of your data or to close your account and delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
